Counseling

Counseling is a collaborative process between counselors and clients. During counseling, counselors employ various psychological theories and techniques to help clients reconnect with their experiences, gain fresh perspectives, explore new problem-solving approaches, and foster confidence and self-acceptance.

Why do we need Counselling?

Life is filled with challenges and changes, and sometimes, it leads us to feel confused, anxious, frustrated, or overwhelmed by emotions we struggle to manage. These emotions and difficulties can arise from work, education, relationships, family dynamics, or even personal inner conflicts. In severe cases, it can feel like we are trapped in a terrifying cycle, struggling to break free and feeling like no one understands us.

In such circumstances, counseling serves as a valuable tool for support and guidance, helping individuals explore solutions and find ways that work for them. Moreover, counseling is not just about addressing pathological issues; it's also about proactively maintaining mental health and living in a way that nurtures oneself.
